Not a perfect match
right now?
No problem! We're always on the lookout for talented people who can bring something special to our team. Even if we don't have an open position that fits you right now, send us your CV – you could be the perfect fit for our next role. We can't wait to hear from you!
Recruitment process
Found a position that caught your eye? Great! Submit your application, and we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please note that we only contact selected candidates. If we don’t reach out this time, don’t be discouraged – last year alone, we held 235 recruitment processes! Be sure to check our career page regularly for new openings.
If your CV catches our attention, we’ll give you a call. During this call, we’ll discuss your availability, preferred working hours, and experience.
If you're applying for a position in our multilingual department, we'll assess your language skills. The test may be conducted by one of our partner language instructors.
It’s time for your interview! We’ll meet online (viaTeams) or in person at one of our 6 office locations. Interviews typically last between 30 and 60 minutes, and you may be asked to complete a task or skills test. It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about us and the role you're applying for.
If your interview is online, please ensure that you have a device with a working camera. If you don’t have access to a suitable device, please let your recruiter know in advance.
After the interview, we’ll make our decision. Regardless of the outcome, you should hear from us within 2 weeks.
If we’re moving forward with your application, welcome to our team! We’re excited for you to join us. To start, we’ll make sure you have all the support you need to smoothly transition into your new role.
Think of your CV as your pitch — make sure it fits the role you’re aiming for. Highlight the experience that is most relevant to the position you’re applying for. If you don’t have much professional experience yet, highlight the skills you’ve developed through school or university, such as involvement in student councils, academic clubs, or other extracurricular activities. Make sure your CV is clear, concise and free from spelling mistakes. Avoid general statements and focus on specifics. Don’t forget to include all necessary information, including your contact details.
Here are a few tips:
- Review the offer. Go over the requirements and responsibilities of the position carefully. Think about which of your skills and experiences are most relevant to the role.
- Get to know us better. Familiarize yourself with Axendi, our values, history, and the projects we’re working on. This will help you tailor your responses to our organizational culture.
- Prepare questions. We value a true dialogue in our interviews, so think of a few questions you can ask about the position, the team, or the company itself.
- Practice answering questions. It’s a good idea to prepare answers to common interview questions such as “Tell me about yourself” or “What interested you in this offer?”. Also, think about questions related to your experience and skills.
- Technical preparation. If the interview is online, make sure you have a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone. Test the platform (i.e. Teams) in advance to avoid technical issues. Choose a quiet space where you can focus on the interview without distractions, such as noise or other people.
During the interview, you can expect questions related to:
- Your experience. For example, “Tell us about your previous responsibilities” or “What skills did you gain during your studies?”
- Motivation to work at Axendi. For example, “Why do you want to join our team?” or “What caught your interest in our offer?”
- Competencies and skills. For example, “Can you provide an example of a situation where you had to solve a problem?” or “What do you consider to be your strongest skills?”
- Your approach to work. For example, “How do you organize your work?” or “Tell us about a time when you had to manage multiple tasks at once. How did you handle the challenge?”
Remember, the interview is a dialogue, so you’ll have a chance to ask questions about us and the role you’re applying for. Be sure to prepare a few questions of your own.
We understand how important feedback is, so whether our decision is positive or not, you’ll receive feedback from us. We know waiting for recruitment results can be stressful, which is why we aim to get back to you within two weeks from the interview.
Of course! If you have any questions about the recruitment process, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at rekrutacja@axendi.com. We’re happy to help!
