Growth opportunities

No matter your role, we offer learning that fits where you are
— and where you’re going. From practical skills to leadership development,
growth is part of every step you take at Axendi.
Agent Onboarding Program
Your first days at Axendi matter — and we make sure they’re structured and welcoming. Our onboarding program helps you settle in, meet your team, and get all the tools you need. Your team leader, trainers, and team are there to support you.
"Let's Grow!" Workshops
Our signature workshop series for agents that strengthens everyday communication and personal effectiveness. We explore how to stay calm in difficult conversations, manage time with less stress, and present yourself with confidence — so you can support others and take care of yourself in the process. The topics come directly from agents’ suggestions, making each session relevant, practical, and grounded in real needs.
CX Webinars
Online sessions packed with real-life insights, customer service best practices, and communication tips you can apply right away.
Project-Based Training & Development
Training that happens where the work happens — on your project. Because every project is different, the training is too. Whether it’s customer service, cross-selling, communication, or handling tough interactions, sessions are tailored to the tools, tone, and needs of your team. Delivered by experienced colleagues and trainers, it’s all about learning where it matters most: on the job.
Mentoring & Coaching
You’re never on your own. We offer 1:1 coaching and group mentoring with experienced leaders to support your daily challenges and long-term goals.
"Smart Leader" Onboarding Program
Your leadership journey starts here. This onboarding experience includes clear expectations, project-specific guidance, regular status meetings, and support from your trainer, buddy, and manager. You'll also receive feedback from your initial assessment session — to help you focus on the skills that matter most in your new role.
Leader’s Growth Hub
An academy-style learning path designed to support your long-term growth. It includes leadership workshops and development sessions tailored to different roles and challenges — all available online, so you can learn when and where it works best for you.
Trainer’s Growth Hub
Our internal train-the-trainer school for team leaders and aspiring trainers. If you're leading training sessions, this program helps you build confidence, design engaging learning experiences, and support your team’s growth more effectively.
Sales Master Lab
A sales leadership program designed to strengthen your skills in leading sales teams, working with KPIs, and driving results. Sales Masters Lab gives you tools, structure, and confidence to grow as a sales leader — and help others do the same.
Leadership Masterclass
A development program for team leaders ready for the next level. You'll grow your strategic thinking, team development, and coaching-style leadership through real-life leadership challenges and immersive methods like action learning and the Balint method.
Manager Onboarding Experience
Your onboarding is tailored to your level and business context. You’ll have regular check-ins, leadership support, and time to focus on building strong foundations — with a close partnership from top management.
Manager's Growth Hub
Our core program for managers. It focuses on leading teams in a contact center, making smart decisions, managing change, and running operations smoothly. It’s designed to strengthen your confidence, team dynamics, and overall leadership effectiveness.
AC/DC (Assessment & Development Centers)
If you’re ready to grow into a new role or strengthen your leadership style, AC/DC helps you identify your strengths and development areas — and gives you actionable feedback to move forward. The process includes competency assessments such as DISC-3, psychometric tools, and the iP121 profile to give you deeper insight into your leadership potential.
Business Coaching Sessions
1:1 or small group coaching focused on your goals, challenges, and business context. These sessions support deeper reflection and more strategic leadership development.
Knowledge Sharing Sessions
Peer-led meetups where we exchange ideas, share practical know-how, and build confidence in facilitation and moderation. It’s a space to learn from each other, practice leading discussions, and grow together.
People stories

At Axendi, I discovered that “growth opportunities” isn't just an empty phrase. I started out as a Customer Service Specialist, and now, as an HR & Recruitment Specialist, I have a real impact on how others grow. I participate in training programs that help me strengthen my communication and negotiation skills, allowing me to support both the team and candidates more effectively. The company prioritizes internal promotions, and the training paths are tailored to different stages of career development.

Beata Nowak, HR & Recruitment Specialist
People stories

I started as a customer service agent — just for a while. Thirteen years later, I’m leading the Help Desk team in IT. I’ve grown through challenges, new roles, and building smart solutions for complex projects. What helped most? Trust, flexibility, and the belief that if something doesn’t exist yet — we can build it.

Damian Janicki, IT System Administrator
People stories

I didn’t become a leader overnight — I grew into it step by step. I started as a Customer Service Agent and now work as a Senior Team Leader, helping others grow, introducing new processes, and making sure we meet our goals. What made the biggest difference? The people who believed in me before I fully believed in myself. Thanks to their support, I got to lead internal trainings, join development projects, and discover what I’m capable of. I’ve learned that good leadership isn’t about control — it’s about trust, feedback, and giving others space to shine.

Patrycja Jóźwik, Senior Team Leader
People stories

I started at Axendi in 2019 as a Patient Support Agent. Today, I’m a Project Coordinator in our multilingual team, managing over 80 people working in 8 different languages. My journey took me from frontline support to team leadership, and then to building entire teams from the ground up. What made it possible? My own drive — and a company that gave me real opportunities to grow. I’m proud of the teams we’ve created and the trust that’s been placed in me. At Axendi, support is something you feel every day — no matter your role, department, or background.

Rafał Smerdel, Project Coordinator
People stories

I’ve been part of Axendi for 9 years. I started as an Agent, often supporting clients in challenging situations. Today, I’m a Trainer: I lead workshops, mentoring sessions, and share the knowledge I’ve gained over the years in many different roles. Each step — from agent to team leader, QA specialist, and trainer — taught me something new. I’ve learned how to lead with empathy, handle pressure, and help others grow. My biggest reward? Seeing people I once trained become leaders themselves. That’s the kind of growth we believe in.

FAQ

We know applying for a job can come with questions. Here are the answers to the ones we hear most.
What can I do to make sure your recruiter notices my CV?

Think of your CV as your pitch — make sure it fits the role you’re aiming for. Highlight the experience that is most relevant to the position you’re applying for. If you don’t have much professional experience yet, highlight the skills you’ve developed through school or university, such as involvement in student councils, academic clubs, or other extracurricular activities. Make sure your CV is clear, concise and free from spelling mistakes. Avoid general statements and focus on specifics. Don’t forget to include all necessary information, including your contact details.

How should I prepare for the interview?

Here are a few tips:

  • Review the offer. Go over the requirements and responsibilities of the position carefully. Think about which of your skills and experiences are most relevant to the role.
  • Get to know us better. Familiarize yourself with Axendi, our values, history, and the projects we’re working on. This will help you tailor your responses to our organizational culture.
  • Prepare questions. We value a true dialogue in our interviews, so think of a few questions you can ask about the position, the team, or the company itself.
  • Practice answering questions. It’s a good idea to prepare answers to common interview questions such as “Tell me about yourself” or “What interested you in this offer?”. Also, think about questions related to your experience and skills.
  • Technical preparation. If the interview is online, make sure you have a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone. Test the platform (i.e. Teams) in advance to avoid technical issues. Choose a quiet space where you can focus on the interview without distractions, such as noise or other people.
What questions can I expect during the interview?

During the interview, you can expect questions related to:

  • Your experience. For example, “Tell us about your previous responsibilities” or “What skills did you gain during your studies?”
  • Motivation to work at Axendi. For example, “Why do you want to join our team?” or “What caught your interest in our offer?”
  • Competencies and skills. For example, “Can you provide an example of a situation where you had to solve a problem?” or “What do you consider to be your strongest skills?”
  • Your approach to work. For example, “How do you organize your work?” or “Tell us about a time when you had to manage multiple tasks at once. How did you handle the challenge?”

Remember, the interview is a dialogue, so you’ll have a chance to ask questions about us and the role you’re applying for. Be sure to prepare a few questions of your own.

When will I hear back after the interview?

We understand how important feedback is, so whether our decision is positive or not, you’ll receive feedback from us. We know waiting for recruitment results can be stressful, which is why we aim to get back to you within two weeks from the interview.

Can I contact you with questions about the recruitment process?

Of course! If you have any questions about the recruitment process, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at rekrutacja@axendi.com. We’re happy to help!

How do you work? Do you offer remote work?

Is there a dress code at Axendi?
