Win with Axendi is a two-stage internal competition. In the first stage, participants collect points for achieving project targets, maintaining quality standards and demonstrating engagement. The second stage, the final, gives top performers the opportunity to present themselves in a more creative format.
Each finalist prepares a short self-presentation in the form of a video or presentation, sharing not only their daily responsibilities but also their passions, achievements and interests.
