Axendi starts multi-language customer service centre

The Company from the OEX Group started implementation of first projects on foreign markets. Within the LinGO Axendi, we offer multi-channels customer service in local languages.

Our first foreign clients include publishing companies, e-commerce, developers and fin-tech. Axendi agents handle, first of all, clients from the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), among others, from Germany.

Extending the market range to foreign markets is a natural direction for development of Axendi. Our advantage is not only attractive quality to costs relation but also competent handling of business processes, going beyond just the contact with the client – said Ewa Czarnecka, member of the Management Board of Axendi.

Multi-lingual projects are implemented in the operational centre of Axendi in Lublin. A dedicated operational space was prepared for the needs of LinGo.
