That is why at Axendi we are developing the Trainer’s Growth Hub – our internal trainer academy designed for Team Leaders and professionals who deliver or plan to deliver project-based training.
This program not only builds confidence in the trainer role, but above all increases training effectiveness and supports sustainable team development.
What is Trainer’s Growth Hub?
Trainer’s Growth Hub is a five-month, hands-on development program built around a train-the-trainer framework. Its objectives are to:

prepare participants to independently design and deliver training sessions,

increase the quality and effectiveness of training activities across projects,
-
develop competencies in group facilitation, communication, and participant engagement.
The program is designed for Team Leaders and Support Agents who play a direct role in developing others and shaping team performance.
