Volvo Masters: Axendi and Volvo recognize the best contact center agents

How do you best recognize team engagement and results? For us, the answer is simple: by creating an environment where agents not only achieve their goals but also feel that their effort truly matters. 

This idea gave rise to the Volvo Masters competition – a unique initiative created together with our client, Volvo, for whom we provide contact center services. 

 

A competition that develops and rewards

 

Volvo Masters is a quarterly program designed to motivate, develop, and recognize the best agents working on Volvo’s customer service project. 

The competition encourages active engagement in building customer relationships and brand loyalty, supports the development of interpersonal and communication skills, inspires continuous learning, and drives increasingly effective project performance. 

What matters is not only the results – which reflect the quality of agents’ work and directly translate into the level of service provided – but also availability, multiskilling, readiness to work across different areas, and everyday commitment. These are competencies that are essential in customer service projects. 

 

Who got the keys to Volvo? This quarter’s champions

 

In the latest edition, first place went to Maciej Rataj, who scored the highest number of points and received the keys to a Volvo XC60. The main prize – a week-long use of the car – was sponsored by Volvo Car Poland.

Also on the podium were Leszek Wróblewski and Magdalena Furtak, who received exclusive gifts from the Volvo Lifestyle collection.
