Assist Me wins 2025 AI Agent Technology Product of the Year Award

Assist Me stands out as a conversational AI solution that boosts agent productivity and service quality by providing instant, dialogue-based access to accurate, up-to-date knowledge—directly within Microsoft Teams. Designed for fast-paced contact center environments, Assist Me addresses a common challenge: navigating extensive internal resources. In many organizations, project-specific structures result in large knowledge bases, requiring agents to spend time locating the right information. Assist Me streamlines access, enabling faster, more confident responses, especially during high-volume periods like peak season onboarding. 

To eliminate that friction, New Tech team developed the AI assistant, an AI-powered assistant built on GPT technology and integrated directly with Microsoft Teams.

During a high-volume e-commerce project in 2024, Assist Me played a key role in scaling customer support during peak season. The tool provided: 

  • 1,532 agent interactions, 
  • 5,309 AI-generated answers, 
  • immediate onboarding support for new agents, 
  • measurable reductions in knowledge search time and agent ramp-up costs. 

By combining GPT with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and built-in analytics through Power BI, Assist Me continues to evolve with real-time feedback and usage insights—delivering measurable impact at scale.
